Enzo Bacciardi is the founder and Senior Partner of Bacciardi and Partners. He heads the International Corporate Law Department and his areas of practice include Commercial Agreements in Italy and Abroad, Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint-Venture Agreements, Shareholders and Loan Agreements, Financing Transactions, Private Equity, Domestic and International Litigation and Arbitration.
Academic and professional background
In 1974 Enzo Bacciardi received his law degree from Urbino University School of law. In
1976 he was admitted to the Italian bar as an attorney. Mr. Bacciardi has assisted Italian clients in numerous cross-border transactions worldwide, setting up joint ventures and new companies for some of the most important manufacturing firms in Italy. He has developed a vast professional experience in dealing with a wide range of diverse jurisdictions including the USA, Spain, Germany, France, China, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Albania, India, Turkey, Egypt, Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela.
Mr. Bacciardi is frequently consulted by Universities and branch offices of the regional Government on the development of foreign investment projects. He is a lecturer in Master Degrees and Post-Graduate Programs teaching International Commercial Law and International Corporate Law and is a listed Arbitrator within the
Italian International Arbitration Court “Leone Levi”.
