Senior Associate and Head of the Department of Intellectual Property of Nicaragua since January 2015. She joined the firm in January 2011 as Associate in said department. She has wide experience in all matters related to intellectual property where she has focused and specialized, beginning her professional career while still studying her degree in one of the most exclusive law firm in this field in Nicaragua in 2006.
She has been professor at Universidad de Managua (UDEM) teaching community law and technology and legality at Universidad de Tecnología y Comercio (UNITEC); has provided seminars related to trademarks, denominations of origin and geographical indications in other universities of the country

ARTICLES. Collaboration with different national and regional magazines such as IT Now, Zona Centro and Business, where she has published articles, among others, related to Personal Data Protection, Consumer Protection, Apostille and Oppositions against the register of Pesticides for Agricultural Use.
EDUCATION: Participation in the first Diploma in Intellectual Property in Nicaragua, Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua (UPOLI), 2011. General Course on Intellectual Property, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Nicaragua 2010. Graduated in Law, Universsidad de Managua (UDEM), 2007. Admitted to practice as Attorney since February 2009 and as Notary Public since July 2013.
