Francisco Avillez

Francisco Avillez is a founding partner of SCAN.
He has lived in Mozambique since 1996.
Previously, he was one of the founding partners of MGA. He was a trainee at Pereira & Leal, current PLMJ law firm. He completed an internship at Banco Mello, where he attended bank training courses and provided legal support to the business management. He was responsible for the litigation departments at several companies in Portugal, having also held the office of legal and administrative counsel.
Francisco Avillez has been providing legal advice mainly to private companies, particularly advising financial institutions and large investment projects.
