Perior to become a lawyer she woked for Main Office of Ratification of Statements and Regulation of Legal Deputy of Judiciary and she participated in drafting of two statements for Law processing in Parliment. Her main working areas are: Construction Law, Construction Contracts, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Start- up Contracts), Company Law, Arbitration, Commercial Law issues including purchase orders, LCs, Guarantees, and Export Licenses. She has acquired experiences in drafting and negotiating different types of contracts in commercial matters either in international era and local legal system.
