Dr. Reza Najaflou

Mr. Reza Najaflou obtained L.L.M. and Ph.D. in Private Law. He practices law as Attorney at Law and Legal Advisor, besides teaching in some Universities. He published some books and essays inside and outside of Iran such as: “The Principle of Justice and Its Role in Interpretation of Contracts”, “The position of good intention in the interpretation of contracts”. He served as: Legal Advisor at National Research Center of Iranian “Standards Institute” and Secretory at Dispute Settlement Courts of Karaj.
