His recently published book is a comprehensive and comparative study on Trade Mark Law and mentions about the law of industrial property, particularly the trademark applications process to the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Mabanza Aubin N’Semy is alumnus of WIPO and he has a 3rd degree in Intellectual Property Law and an LLM in Commercial Law (Cardiff Law School). He is a lawyer in Kinshasa and in London (FL) and also he is a chartered Attorney of Industrial Property and member of ITMA and AIPPI.

Son nouveau livre traite du droit de la propriété industrielle, particulièrement de la procédure de dépôts de marques à l’Organisation Africaine de Propriété Intellectuelle (OAPI) et en République Démocratique du Congo.
Maitre Mabanza est diplomé de l’OMPI et il a un doctorat en droit de la propriété intellectuelle et un LLM en droit commercial (Cardiff Law School). Il est avocat à Kinshasa et à Londres (FL) et c’ est aussi un avocat agréé de la propriété industrielle et membre de l’ITMA et de l’AIPPI.
