Mr. Neupane is a pre-eminent advocate and a leading lawyer. He has been involved in complex and high profile litigation taking place in the Supreme Court of Nepal for over 30 years and is considered as a leading expert of business law, property law, civil litigation and constitutional law. He has been honoured by the Full Court of the Supreme Court through an award of designation of “Senior Advocate”, which has recognised him as one of most prominent lawyers in Nepal. He founded the firm in 1984.
His clients include multinational companies, non-government organisations, government departments, and prominent individuals such as former ministers, civil servants, and industrialists. He is regularly interviewed by the media on legal, political and constitutional issues.
