Charles Owusu Juanah
​Charles Owusu Juanah Esq. is a seasoned lawyer and legal expert in oil and gas installation. He also provides legal advisory services in exploration, production and marketing of oil and gas. He is a Barrister-at-Law and the Chairman of K-SAN Law Firm. He was called to the Bar in United Kingdom by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and holds an LLB and an LLM in International Law and PDPLS (Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Skills) for Inns of Court School of Law as well as a Bsc in Business Administration. He has acted as key advisor on major financial transactions and funding proposals. Mr. Juanah has carved a niche in leading negotiations on agreements to purchase or sell oil and gas, equipment purchase, management contracts and other petroleum related services; He has gained recognition as an expert in the industry.
