Haseeb Zafar
He is member of Lahore Tax Bar Association and High Court Bar Association. He is also the Manager of Legal Affairs at Zafar & Associates. He has focused on Tax (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Customs and Central Excise) & Corporate, and particularly in Intellectual Property matters. He is involved in contentious and noncontentious work, spanning the full spectrum of intellectual property law, including trade marks, registered designs and patents. His primary case load concerns trade mark prosecution and enforcement, as well as related issues such as intellectual property portfolio management and domain name dispute resolution proceedings.
He spends much of his time prosecuting trade mark applications through to registration and liaising with foreign associates in securing worldwide protection of marks. He also has experience representing clients at hearings before the Pakistan Trade Marks Registry and appears before High Court and Court of Appeal cases.
Currently he handles a wide range of Pakistan and international trade mark cases and works across various commercial sectors. He brings to all professional endeavors a high level of energy and enthusiasm. He has well developed interpersonal skills, a strong sense of commitment to the task and his clients.
