Possesses broad experience in the support of investment projects, conducting merger and takeover of companies, the development of schemes for transaction implementation, tax planning, due diligence.
The experience of working with the embassies of foreign states and international institutions, including– International Financial Institutions.
Possesses broad experience of representing the Clients’ interests in courts and arbitrations.
