MR. FITRISYAH, is our partner that oversees our corporate-commercial legal practice. He has broad experience in the areas of financing, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, corporate advisory and foreign/domestic investment. Mr. Fitrisyah graduated in 2006 from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, majoring in Economic Laws. Before joining Advokatku, he worked for a number of years for other prominent law firms in Jakarta and as legal manager in one of Indonesia’s leading petrochemical industries.
During his lawyering career, Mr. Fitrisyah has been exposed to various domestic and international transactions. In 2011, he was seconded to a Singapore-China joint venture law firm in Singapore and gained further experience in working on international legal practices. During his career as lawyer, Mr. Fitrisyah has advised wide range of clients, from domestic private equity businesses to international corporation and law firms.
