Vihn Trinh
Mr Vinh Trinh, Partner has nearly 20 years of experience in consulting infrastructure and energy projects. Mr Trinh has BA in linguistic from Kiev National Linguistic University, in Kiev, Ukraine since 1990 and BA in Economics from Hanoi National Economics University. He worked for a Singapore company in Vietnam in the infrastructure division after graduation and took part in a number of project bids for government sponsored infrastructure projects. Mr Trinh has since developed his skills set in government affairs consulting that help clients to navigate the challenges posed by the interplay of laws, public policy, regulation, competition and economic trends across the fields regulated by the government. Mr Trinh also advises client on the working of the institutions and decision making procedures in Vietnam.

- Energy project: advise and represent Antara Koh Pte Ltd, a Singapore EPC contractor in Dung Quat Oil refinery plant in Quang Ngai;
- Infrastruture project: advise and represent a Singapore EPC contractor in Nhat Tan Bridge construction projects in Hanoi;
- Resource project: advise and represent a domestic company in a project sponsored by PetroVietnam, a state-run corporation.
