Director of the National Securities Commission of Costa Rica, 1992-1993. Director, Bank of Commerce, 1990. President: Discount Stores, Inc. (Factoring), 1992; Trade Leasing (Leasing), 1994. Secretary, Board of the Costa Rica Country Club, 1994. Legal representative of several companies located in Zona Franca.
Memberships: Costa Rican – American Chamber of Commerce, Inter – American Bar Association and the Bar Association.
