Nelly Umugwaneza
Nelly has practiced as an advocate in various legal fields such as Business law, Company law, Contract law, Property law, Intellectual property law, Tax law, Banking law, Insurance law, Employment & Labor law, Criminal law and Family law, since 2006.
She is an Insolvency Administrator in Rwanda and one of the few arbitrators at the Kigali International Arbitration Center. She has undergone training in various areas of law and has provided legal trainings in civil procedure, upon request from Advocates without Borders.
