Emmanuel Tondoneh
Emmanuel Tondoneh is a Legal Practitioner who holds an LLB (Hons) degree from De Montfort University in Leicester United Kingdom. Emmanuel has worked on numerous projects and was part of the team that advised MonuRent on the $25 million facility with FCMB. He also advised on the acquisition of Petrol Leone (SL) Ltd and Petrol Jetty (SL) Ltd by Addax and Oryx Group Ltd (Malta) and Oryx Oil & Gas SA (Switzerland), the acquisition of Easy Link (SL) by Afrimax BV. Emmanuel was responsible for setting up the joint venture of DELMAS CMA & CGM shipping group and advised on compliance issues relating to Sierra Leone Law. Emmanuel was also part of the team that advised Chinese development bank on Shangdon on the $ 1.5. Billion investments in Africa Mineral project in Sierra Leone.
Emmanuel worked as a State Counsel for two years at the Chamber’s of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice of Sierra Leone. He completed the due diligence on behalf of First International Bank Nigeria Plc for its acquisition of First International Commercial Bank (Sierra Leone) Limited.
In 2000, Emmanuel interned at Banwo and Ighodalo a prestigious law firm in Lagos Nigeria and was part of the team that completed due diligence for two of the firms client. Emmanuel has been responsible for the incorporation of numerous companies in Sierra Leone including but not limited to Reime (SL) Ltd, Sierra Letting and Estate Agents (SL) Ltd, Connect 2 ICT (SL) Ltd, Footprints (SL) Ltd, Consult IT (SL) Ltd, Chain Hotel (SL) Ltd, Teylium Properties (SL) Ltd, Sewa Energy Resources (SL) Ltd and the registration of Talisman Energy’s branch in Sierra Leone (Talisman Sierra Leone BV).
