Crispine is currently Lead Partner of the Corporate and Finance Practice of Kiptinness & Odhiambo Associates as well as the Projects (Energy and Infrastructure) Practice. He is also Legal Counsel and Secretary to the Kenya Information and Communication Board and a Trustee of African Forest Trust Fund.
Crispine has extensive experience in Transactional Corporate work, Telecommunications and ICT, Financial Services regulation, Corporate Recoveries, Project finance and corporate restructurings including M & A, Divestitures, PE investments and capital markets. He has been recently involved in a number of Corporate Financing Transactions, Public sector advisory including Development of regulatory rules and other reforms in the Petroleum Sub-sector on behalf of the Ministry of Energy, Development of an EAC Policy and Law on anti-counterfeiting, piracy and other Intellectual property Violations and Feasibility study on an East African Community Broad Band Infrastructure Network (EAC-BIN). Mr. Odhiambo attended the University of Nairobi, Kenya School of Law and Cambridge University, receiving an LL.B, an M.A in International Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and a Certificate in International Law.
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of seven (7) years standing, and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of the United Kingdom.
